Kung napatunayan na ikaw ay nagkakalat ng malisyosong at mapanirang balita sa ibang tao ay makokonsidera itong Cyber Libel at haharap sa 12-taong pagkakakulong.
Ang pagkakahuli sa babaeng ito ay isang patunay na seryoso ang batas at kahit sino man na mapapatunayang nag-kakalat ng tsismis ay may karampatang parusa.
