The actor said he was surprised that some netizens are now linking him to other women after the breakup.
He also took time to respond to rumors that he has a new woman in his life, stating that he actually feels “ιηѕυℓтєd” by such speculations
“May nagpa-picture sa akin, yung girl na… she’s a fitness enthusiast, super sexy, oo. Humingi siya ng picture, umoo ako. Ngayon, girlfriend ko na daw. Parang nakakainsυℓтσ din kαsi, di bα?” Derek said.
The actor said that bαshing also affects his family.
“Ako, very proud ako sa pamilya ko, tapos ginaganun-ganun nila. It reflects who my family is… kung paano nila ako pinalaki. For them to talk about me like that… alam mo… ano, artista tayo, it comes with the territory,” Derek said.
He’s also being linked to Pops Fernandez.
“Actually, nabuntis ko na nga ang buong Pilipinas, e, parang ganun na nga, e. Makikita na lang siguro natin in nine months. At sana naman, ang mga bashers, after nine months na makita nila na hindi totoo yung mga sinabi nila, mag-sorry na lang sila, sana,” Derek said.
Derek admitted it is hard for him especially as he invested so much into the relationship.
“Vocal ako sa nararamdaman ko, pero things happened and it didn’t work out and it’s sad,” he shared.
“It doesn’t mean na I will go, move on just like that. Hindi.”
“So ako, tsini-cherish ko na lang ‘yung good times na nangyari,” he added
Derek added his relationship with Andrea was “very different” from past love affairs.

It all started when many of their fans noticed that the actress deleted all their photos together and unfollowed the actor on Instagram.
Days later, the two confirmed their break up but didn’t go any further about the real reason of their break up after a year of being in a relationship.
With this, the opinions of their fans were divided but most of them are pointing fingers to Derek. Many are accusing him of the reason why they broke up.
Moreover, it looks like that the Kapuso actor is in boiling waters again after he was spotted with anothd girl just few weeks after their confirmed break up.
On Instagram, fitness model Aya Tubillo uploaded a photo with the actor. As of this publishing, the beautiful lady turned her account into private.
But fashion pulis was able to screenshot it and now many are reacting again to Derek. Some are even comparing the ex-girlfriend to the model.
