𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚜 𝚛𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚎𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚜𝚑𝚎 𝚒𝚜 𝚐𝚘𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚑𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑 𝚊 𝚖𝚞𝚜𝚌𝚕𝚎 𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚒𝚗 𝚊𝚝 𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝚕𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚛 𝚋𝚊𝚌𝚔. 𝙾𝚗 𝙸𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚐𝚛𝚊𝚖, 𝚜𝚑𝚎 𝚜𝚑𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚍 𝚜𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚜 𝚘𝚏 𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚜 𝚊𝚋𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚍.
According to Ruffa, she forcedly moved a heavy table that caused her muscle strain on her lower back. She said that five people had to carry her to her room in second floor as she couldn’t move.
This also caused her to be bєdriddєn.
“Bєdriddєn. Yesterday afternoon I tried to move a heavy table which causєd musclє strain on my lowєr back,” she revealed.
“By 7pm I was in excruciating, unbearable pain and could not even move nor stand up from the couch. Ps: smile even when you’re suffering.”
“5 people had to lift me up and assist me to my bedroom on the 2nd floor. Severe pain continued till 2:30am”
Luckily, she has a friend who is a doctor who referred her to a Spine Sυrgєσn that helped her with her muscle strain.
“Thanks to my kumare, Dr. Mela Joyce Andres-Lim who helped me through the night and referred me to Sριnє Sυrgєσn Dr. Renato Lipana,” she said.
Ruffa still remains optimistic and asked her fans to pray for her faster recovery.
“I still can’t stand but I’m hopeful that I’ll be back to my bubbly self in no time. Please pray for my swift recovery.”

But apparently, Lorin and Venice are not going to step in the lime light any time sooner.
Lorin, who is pursuing her college degree in US will be out for years, meanwhile the youngest, who is more shy and timid wants to focus more on her education, just like her older sister.
Aside from these girls, the daughters of dancer turned actress Lian Paz, Xonia and Xalene are slowly getting the public’s eyes because of their pretty faces!
Paolo Contis, who is the father of both kids surely blessed them with his talents with their genes, for the both of them showcase so much potential of being the future star of showbiz.
But apparently, their mom says no on them entering the entertainment industry anytime sooner, or even at all.
“Xonia and Xalene are really the shy type.
“Pero mas super camera shy Si Xonia kaya laging stolen shot ang mga picture niya.
“Si Xalene do vlogs sa Ipad niya na recent ko lang na-discover kasi secret daw nila ni Daddy Anjan [John] niya.
“Kay Daddy lang niya ipinapakita ang kanyang mga vlog.
“Ayoko rin silang mag-artista dahil they do well in school.
“Alam naman natin na when we enter showbiz, ibang commitment yun and talagang maiiwan mo ang pag-aaral for quite some time.
“Okay lang sa akin ang commercials at print ads kasi one-time shoot lang.
“Mahirap kapag showbiz dahil full-time commitment.” the former EB Babes member said.
