It is no secret to the public that Sen. Kiko and Sharon are a wealthy couple. Currently, they are building a house and have partnered with a constructor.
The Megastar is very excited about their new house which is now under construction.
That is why she took on social media to share an update about their ‘forever home.’
Sharon uploaded a video of the construction of the basement parking.
According to the actress-host, she is expecting the enormous house to be finished in around two years.
“Basement parking in our forever home halfway done! It’s under half the whole house. Am so excited that we’re moving forward! Construction started August 1 last year then my workers of course took a Christmas break.
“My contractor said about two months ago when I asked him when he thought they would finish building that he would try his best to be done in a little over two years. I hope tapos na yung ‘a little over,’ pero I know hindi pa! But basta super tibay at magaling ang pagkakagawa at pulido, mabilis lang siguro naman din lilipas ang two years.
She also shared that the architect who designed her house is Conrad Onglao, the partner of actress-singer Zsa Zsa Padilla.
Galing my contractor, Onet Limchoc of @limchoc.construction and siempre my architect @conrad_onglao ! Praying all goes well til the end. Kakayanin daw ng bahay namin kahit lindσℓ na intєnsity 9-10! Thank God talaga,” Sharon posted on Instagram.

On one of her post where she shared her new figure while wearing a black sωιmѕυιt, posing on the sand, a basher commented, “Baℓуєna ba yan?… Hehehe.”
To whom the singer ρσked fun at and replied, “Dugσng nαmαn.”
She was also entertained after a loyal fan page of hers, @gens_denisse merged a photo of her and almost a similar photo of her eldest daughter, KC Concepcion and wrote, “Like mother, like daughter. Ang se-sexy at ang ga-ganda!”
This delighted the Megastar and she reposted it on her account, enjoying the coincidental “twinning” she had with her first born.
“Ay! Nagkataon! Naaaaks! Hahaha,” she joked.
The singer first talked about her journey of losing weight in the late 2020s, where she shared her determination in order to live much healthier.
“Went swimming and had this picture taken today. Now my swimsuit is a size 10. I haven’t been a 10 in many years. My normal size when I was thin was 6 or 8 & I would panic na pag 8! Now to get to size 6 means I need to lose the last 20 lbs. after so many years of trying to get rid of all this extra weight and losing anywhere from 60-80 lbs., 20 doesn’t seem like too much work anymore. Please pray for me. Then WATCH ME. Hah! Thank You Lord for that all-important bonk on the head before 2020 ended that knocked me into my senses – now it’s even been helping me lose weight! Nyahaha! Galing ng Diyos talaga. Love you everyone! Thanks for your loving messages.”
