Julia Barretto once again talked about her boyfriend Gerald Anderson and the impact he had made on the actress’ life.
The 24-year-old star revealed that the 32-year-old actor is a “gentleman.”
In an interview with Metro.Style, Julia said, “Anyone you ask would say the same thing. He is by nature a very caring and concerned individual and likes to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. Up to this day, I am proven right. I am well taken care of by this wonderful man,”
She also proudly shares how Gerald is a “generous man.”
“He enjoys these more shared and never alone,” she said. “He puts others and their well-being first.”
Added the actress, “Gerald doesn’t force this in others, he leads by example—and that to me, is a gift,” she declared.
On top of it all, Gerald is a funny guy.
“I don’t think this is a side of him many know. He has a unique humor that cracks me up all the time,” she maintained.
In terms of how Gerald influenced her, Julia said, “I’m not sure he realizes the impact he’s had in my life. Gerald has made all my complicated, simple. In all situations, he helps put things into proper perspective for me. He has grounded and humbled me as a person.”
And in terms of personality, both Gerald and Julia found a common ground by being empathetic and optimistic.
“We have a soft heart for others. We like to be available for those who are in need of comfort in any way. Along the way, what I’ve noticed about the two of us, is that we both know how to silence the noise and find the good in all situations. We know how to carry on. We’re both very optimistic. Because individually we are this way, when put together, we are able to create a bubble, an atmosphere with good energy and is peaceful. Good energy is very important for the both of us so we like to keep things this way.”

They talked about the trending music video of Moira Dela Torre’s song “Paubaya”, also about Gerald Anderson, and Joshua Garcia.
“Alam mo Tito Boy, ‘yung pagkakaibigan namin ni Joshua ngayon, it’s best,” Julia said on their conversation as per Abunda.
According to her, they’re so much closer now and she would sometimes even provide him with advice such as focusing on his career first before looking for a girlfriend.
“Ang nakakatawa raw, siya na ngayon ang nagbibigay ng payo kay Joshua, ‘Wag ka na muna mag-girlfriend. Mag-concentrate ka sa trabaho mo’, Boy revealed.
Julia further explains that given Joshua’s passion, she believes that he has so much potential to be an amazing actor.
She just wants to see him succeed as much as he can.
“Because she sees how passionate and driven Joshua Garcia is as an actor,” Abunda added.
Tito Boy also asked Julia about her current romantic relationship with Gerald Anderson, as their photos together are always trending online.
Julia then claims to be very happy and enjoys exploring activities together with him, just like their recent deep-sea fishing.
Boy Abunda’s last interview with Julia took place in May 2019, before her breakup with Joshua Garcia.
