Furthermore, his rising blood sugar rupturєd one of the vєins in his єyєs and made him bℓind.
April Boy Regino revealed that he didn’t have enough money to pay for his medicine. When his condition got worse, he turned to Willie to ask for help. In turn, Willie lent out a helping hand to his friend without hesitation.
“Napaka buti pong tao nito… Ngayon lang kami ulit nagkaharap pero nung nabulag ako, sya kaagad ang una kong tinawagan.”
The singer thanked his dear friend onstage as he broke down in tears. He said that the TV host was the one person who helped him finance his eye σρєration.
He added that Willie’s help was his motivation to fight his condition and continue living. In response, Willie Revillame said that it doesn’t matter who the people that helped April Boy recover were. He added that what’s more important is that the singer is now trying to recover from his fall.
April Boy added that he will forever be thankful to Willie for his kindness and goodheartedness.
