He shares how he handles his panic disorder. Such as when it interrupts him in his sleep. His intention of sharing is to help other people who suffer the same issue as him.

On his social media account, JM post a video showing how he handles this by placing a towel on his face and head after he soaked it on ice.

“This is what my panic disorder looks like 4:00 am in the middle of good sleep,” JM said.

“I manage to record this because somehow I’m learning to cope with it and just hoping others might relate and to let you know you’re not alone.” He added.

JM described the experience as “intense waves of emotions”. A rapid heartbeat that’ll make you feel you are about to pass out or to d1e”.

“I use ice to slow down the heartbeat and to feel my face because my body is numb, overpowered by emotions. This may be caused by painful trauma in the past.” JM said.

In the said post, JM’s intention is to give help or idea to others who suffer the same situation as he and let them know that “you are not alone”.

JM added, “if you have this too, put ice on your face, head, hand, and body”.

Pray and take a deep breath and make people around you to understand your condition. Tell them to stay quiet and just stay beside you.”So the attack will subside quicker rather than triggered”.

” it’ll be over after 30 to 40mins. And you’ll be fine. Keep telling that to your self so that’s the only thing running inside your mind”. JM added.

We hope this will help others who suffer the same issue with JM.
