Julia Barretto’s cryptic and meaningful post on her Instagram account has caught the attention of many netizens.
Her post became viral since it was posted after Kim Chiu mentioned her on the ABS-CBN show, “It’s Showtime.”
“Tapos pagbukas mo rito, nandito si Julia Barretto” said Kim and she gave a peace sign after seeing the reactions of her co-hosts.
After she was forced to like Gerald Anderson’s photos on the show as a “funishment.”
Gerald is Kim’s ex-boyfriend and the rumored current boyfriend of Julia. For this reason, many netizens speculated that Julia threw shade at Kim with her latest post.
When she was scrolling through her ex’s Instagram feed, Kim joked, “Tapos pag bukas mo dito, nandito si Julia Barretto,” on-air which became a trending topic online.
Fans and followers of Julia were quick to assume that the actress’ cryptic caption was a “shade” intended for Kim.
With some calling her the “unbothered queen” in the comments section.
But hours later after it became viral, Barretto has deleted the original caption of her latest Instagram post.
Amid netizens’ speculation that she threw shade at Kim Chiu for joking about her and Gerald Anderson.
Even the veteran columnist Lolit Solis gave her reaction to it.
“Sure ako Salve na iyon ‘pagbubuking’ ni Kim Chiu sa alam niyang relasyon nila Gerald Anderson at Julia Barretto alam naman ng marami.
“Ewan ko kung ano ang dahilan para itago pa nila sa iba kung nagmamahalan sila samantalang wala naman silang sabit pareho,” Lolit quipped.
Many netizens are also wondering why does Julia and Gerald had to keep their relationship.
Maybe they are not ready yet to out in public.
