Allegedly, Nadine is now living in Proscenium (Rockwell). Rumor has it that a condominium unit in the said area is worth P50-million.
An article by Phil Star wrote by Salve Asis said that Nadine handles her finances very well.
According to Asis, Nadine leaked the information about the luxurious condo unit to her friend.
Then, the columnist shared that she asked her friend who is also living in Proscenium regarding the said amount.
“Oo nga raw pag 120 square meters ang sukat ng isang unit sa nasabing high end condo sa Makati, ganun kamahal ang unit,” the columnist said.
Celebrity doctor Vicki Belo and BENCH owner Ben Chan also have their respective units in the said area.
“Kung ganun, ang husay din mag-handle ng pera ni Nadine ha. Imagine, nakabili siya ng ganun kamahal na unit,” Asis commented.
It was also said that before, the actress-singer was just renting a unit in Rockwell but her rent reached almost a million pesos already.
Nadine has been in the showbiz industry for several years now and she already did many successful projects whether it is an acting stint, endorsements, or projects in her career in music.
That is why there’s no doubt that she can afford a luxury condo unit for herself.
Meanwhile, the case filed by Viva Artist Agency against Nadine is now ongoing.
The camp of the actress is now willing to reconcile.

The actress responded to the statement “Nadine had rhinσρℓasty. Believe it or not?” posed by Dr. Aivee Aguilar-Teo in a vlog posted on the YouTube channel “Aivee Day” yesterday, Feb. 6.
Nadine debunked the aℓℓєgatiσns against her looks. She said that many people accυѕєd her of having “rhinσρℓasty”.
“Why do people keep on insisting that I had my nσѕє dσne? I guess because you know Doc, I feel like it’s the puberty, it’s growing. It’s the growing up that really made it look like [I got a nose job], but it’s real,” she said.
“I know. I believe Nadine. I should know, I’m her doctor. I would know,” Aivee commented.
“I would know. So I don’t believe you had rhinσρℓαsty. I’ve seen Nadine when she was younger,” she added.
“It’s the same nose,” Nadine remarked.
“I know it’s the same nose. Really, it is. She did not. Well, you should say it yourself,” Aivee responded.
She also added that her nose has improved because she lost weight.
“You can believe whatever you wanna believe, but I’m telling you now, I’m not lying to you that I’ve never had my nose done,” the 27-year-old actress added.
The actress-singer stressed that people can believe what they want to believe but she really did not have cosmetic sυrgєry. She admitted, on the other hand, that she asked Dr. Aivee about a nose job. However, the beauty doctor advised her that her nose does not need enhancement.
Nadine, for her part, said maybe it has nothing to do with her weight loss. “I feel like it’s because I lost a lot of weight.”
