KC Concepcion made her parents Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta super proud when she moved into her new home.
KC came to realize that condo living is probably not for her.
This realization came from after a glass of wine and some pizza as she recalled in a post.
“All I know is, some good decisions come from the most unexpected (unguarded) moments… as for me, my enlightenment came from pizza and a glass of wine.”
KC had a condo she bought way back in 2009 which she acquired without a single penny from her parents.
Barely a month after sharing her plan to move to a house, KC finally traded condo life for having a house of her own.
On Instagram, last May 4, KC showed a screenshot of her encouraging conversation with her father, Gabby Concepcion.
“Words of encouragement from papa. Moving from a condo to a house is so intimidating! But I got this,” KC wrote.
“My pops happens to be a licensed real estate broker in California. Grateful to get tons of real estate advice! Thanks for looking out pa!” she added.
Gabby expressed his happiness that his daughter ticked an item off on her bucket list by buying her own house.
“Wow. You’ve got it all figured out. That’s my girl,” Gabby wrote.
Meanwhile, a text from Sharon read, “Wow! Am so proud of you!”
KC posted a photo of the text and captioned it with, “The only words an independent woman will ever need from her mother to keep her going. Rare, and definitely not taken for granted. Love all around.”
Both Sharon and Gabby have their own family, but KC is doing well for both families.
Hence, she’s still the baby girl of the Mega and Gabby loveteam.

Hindi naging madali ang childhood ng aktres at singer na si KC Concepcion. Kahit pa only child lamang si KC ng kanyang mga magulang na sina Sharon Cuneta at Gabby Concepcion, blessed naman ang aktres dahil marami siyang kapatid.
Sa Instagram, nag-dedicate ang aktres ng isang taos-pusong message para sa kanyang mga half-siblings, na talaga namang mahal na mahal niya. Ngunit sa kabila ng paghihiwalay ni Gabby at Sharon noong 1987, nagawa nilang palakihin ng maayos ang kanilang anak.
Ayon kay KC, kahit pa nagkaroon na ng kanya-kanyang pamilya ang kanyang mommy at daddy, natutunan na rin niyang mag-adjust sa kanilang ‘blended’ family. Grateful din daw ang aktres dahil sa kanyang mga mapagmahal na kapatid.
“For those of you who don’t know, my parents married in their teens and unfortunately separated when I was a toddler. Today they have their own families, who are also my own. I keep close to my siblings, or at least I do my part to, and tbh giving importance and nurturing relationships between both my families can be tough-always a balancing act,” pahayag ni KC.
Sa katunayan, mas lalo siyang napalapit sa kanyang mga siblings. Hindi raw ito madali, lalo pa’t dalawang sides ang kailangang pakisamahan ni KC.
Sa kabila ng lahat, kinakaya niya raw ang ‘balancing act’ na ito para masiguradong mayroon siyang maayos na pakikisama sa kanyang mga kapatid.
“I love them all and my life wouldn’t be complete without them! People who have never been in my situation could probably never relate. Will I even have more mental space or energy to make my own one day? Lol love my unconventional blended family. Who can relate?”
Ayon pa kay KC, malaki rin ang pasasalamat niya sa kanyang inang si Sharon, dahil ito raw ang nag-eencourage sa kanya na makipag-close sa kanyang mga kapatid.
Sa kabilang banda, nakatanggap naman ng maraming reaksyon ang post na ito ni KC. Maraming netizens rin ang talagang bumilib kay KC dahil sa pagiging responsable at mapagmahal na ate nito sa kanyang mga kapatid.
