Thanks to the rise of Instagram, more and more social media influencers are getting popular online. But to be an influencer, you must also look the part. Since they are public figures, social media influencers must look their best at all times. This also puts pressure on them to do anything that it takes just to achieve the perfect look.
As a matter of fact, many online influencers have jumped at the chance of changing their looks. Some even willingly went under the knife just to achieve their desired physique.
Among them is this young influencer from China, who went viral for her looks and the crazy measures she had to go through to achieve it.
Xiao Z Na Na is more popularly known as Little Z Nana to her followers online. Little Z Nana is only 15 years old, but she already amassed millions of followers on social media. She became viral online following her many surgeries in an attempt to look like a doll.
Ever since she was 13 years old, Nana has already been going through surgeries. Overall, she had gone through 100 surgeries to achieve the perfect Barbie look. Needless to say, she spent a lot of time and money in her attempt to look like a Barbie doll.
According to online reports, she had full-face bone reduction surgery, three surgeries on her mouth, six double-eyelid surgeries, five lateral canthoplasties (outer eye corner) procedures, two facial liposuctions, three body liposuctions, and two thigh liposuctions!
At this rate, it seems like Nana is not going to stop anytime soon. Many of her fans have also expressed concern for the teen’s well-being. Some are even blaming Nana’s parents for allowing her to go through so many surgeries at a young age.

Marami pa ngang iba’t ibang mga world record ang naitala ng Guinness book, na kung saan ay ito ay mula sa iba’t ibang mga bansa.
At ngayon nga ay mgaroon bagong naitala na naman ang Guinness Book of World Record, at ito nga ay ang isang dalagang 17-taong gulang, na ngayon ay tinaguriang ang “Woman of Longest Leg”, o ang babaeng may pinakamahabang biyas o binti sa buong mundo.
Ang dalaga ngang ito ay kinilalang si Maci Currin, isang 17-taong gulang na teenager na mula sa Texas, USA.
Ayon nga sa naging pag-ulat ng Guinness Book of World Record, si Maci Currin ang bagong naitala na babaeng may pinakamahabang mga binti.
Base nga sa naging pagsusukat ang naturang haba ng binti ni Maci ay 135.267 cm (53.255 in) sa kaliwang binti niya at 134.3 cm (52.874 in) naman sa kanyang kanang binti.
Makikita nga sa larawan ng dalagang si Maci, ang talaga namang napakahaba niyang mga binti, kung kaya’t ang kanyang taas ay talaga namang hindi normal sa pangkariwang mga dalaga, lalo na sa mga kaedaran niya.
Isang larawan pa nga ng dalaga ang talaga namang nakakamangha, dahil sa tila kasing taas na nito ang mga puno kapag siya ay naglalakad sa labas ng kanilang tahanan.
Masasabi nga natin na sa bawat pagdaan ng araw, ay marami sa mga tala ng Guinness book of World Record ang nababago, dahil sa marami ng mga tao ang talaga namang nag-eevolve sa kanilang sariling pamamaraan.
