Pauleen Luna shares progress of her fitness journey and how she is slowly coping up with PCOS slowlyy.
According to mayoclinic.org, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a “hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. Women with PCOS may have infrequent or prolonged menstrual periods or excess male hormone (androgen) levels. The ovaries may develop numerous small collections of fluid (follicles) and fail to regularly release eggs.”
On Instagram, the actress and TV host said that working out has became one of her priorities in life, not only to take care of herself, but also to make sure that she can accommodate her family and play a good model to Tali as well.
Sharing a video of her everyday routine, Pauleen also hopes to serve as an inspiration to ladies, especially moms, who are suffering to PCOS as well.
“A little over a month into my fitness journey and i’m starting to feel strength coming back! I’ve accepted that it’s a slow progress but slow is better than none. Living with PCOS is no joke. Making good choices with my food intake and moving (it’s pilates, walking, spinning for me) has been my priority lately. So happy where i am right now and I really pray that God will sustain me ” she wrote.

Pauleen Luna, Ginulat Ang Publiko Sa Sinabing Ito Sa Isang Netizen Matapos Sabihan Na ‘Pangit’ Ang Kanyang Anak
Paulene Luna Sotto just proved that a mom can go through anything just to protect her child. Just recently, she personally messaged a netizen who bashed her 2 year old kid with husband Vic Sotto, Talitha.
Patrich Walter Harris initially shared a Facebook post from Tali page and wrote, ‘Pangit na bata’
The post gained different reaction, but mostly a lot of netizens defended Tali and said that the kid is a minor and he should not bully anyone and an innocent kid on this case.
But Harris remained firm at being ignorant which he think is quite cool. On the comment section, he repeatedly said that Tali do no pass his standard of beauty.
“Kahit anong sabihin niyo wala akong pake basta pangit ung bata tapos. Kung naapektuhan kayo kasi pangit anak niyo diko na kasalanan yun wag kayong pakialamero jarn okay? Wag din kayo tumawa post ko tapos biglang nag cocomment kdhdkskd jeez.”
Later on, Harris released an apology letter.

Isang simpleng “no” nga ang naging sagot ni Pauleen nang tanungin siya ng isang netizen kung siya ay buntis na ba sa ikalawang anak nila ni Bossing Vic.
Marami ang nagsasabi na pwede na ngang sundan nina Pauleen at Bossing Vic si Tali.
Mukha namang noong 2018 pa handa si Bossing Vic na sundan si Tali base na rin sa isang interview na ginawa nila para sa 24 Oras.

Noon lamang November 6, 2020 ay masayang nagdiwang si Tali ng kanyang ika-3 taong kaarawan.
Sa isinulat namang birthday message ni Pauleen para sa kanyang unang anak sinabi niya na ito umano ang nagbigay ng “meaning” at “purpose” sa kanyang buhay.
Mensahe ni Pauleen sa anak, “Happy birthday to this ball of sunshine! Thank you for bringing great joy to our lives anak! You are a blessing to us and to a lot of people. I pray that you’ll grow up to be a kind and giving person. We are grateful for your love anak! Thank you for giving meaning and purpose to my life. Happy 3rd birthday!”

Si Tali o Talitha Maria Luna-Sotto ay bunso sa limang anak ni Vic. Mga nakakatandang kapatid ni Tali sa kanyang ama sina Oyo Boy Sotto, Danica Sotto, Vico Sotto, at Paulina.
