Hindi napigilang maging emosyonal ng Queen Of Soul na si Jaya sa first day of school ng kanyang anak sa US.
Sa kanyang Instagram post, nagbahagi si Jaya ng isang maikling video. Kung saan makikita ang unang araw ng pasukan ng kanyang anak na si Dylan.
Saad ni Jaya sa kanyang caption, “1st day of school for my son Dylan, thank you, Jesus, for the grace. Please watch over him throughout this year.”
Kalakip din ng kanyang post ang litrato nilang mag-ina at kasama ang kanyang asawa na si Gary Gotidoc. Habang nakasuot ng facemask ay makikita naman ang ngiti sa kanilang mga labi.
“Do you feel nervous?” maririnig na tanong ni Jaya sa kanyang anak. Oo naman ang sagot ni Dylan. Dahil aniya naninibago siya dahil tatlong taon na rin siyang hindi pumapasok sa eskwelahan.
Sa sumunod namang post ni Jaya ay ang anak naman nilang si Sab ang ihahatid nila sa American public school.
Aniya sa kanyang caption, “Sab’s 1st day of school today now both my babies are in an American Public School. Lord please help her get through the day and calm her heart coz she’s really nervous. Sorry Sab I had to take pics and videos alam mo na, but you will do great my child. You have Jesus in your heart and you have been walking the walk, I trust that you will be ok. Dad and I love you and do your thaaang!”
Kahit naging emosyonal ay proud na proud naman si Jaya na balik na sa pag-aaral ang kanyang mga anak.

Jaya seemed to be enjoying her time in the United States.
The singer shared some views of her and her family’s modest life in America in an Instagram live video.
“What’s the feeling waking up in the US not as a tourist, but as a resident? Kasi dito rin naman ako tumira noon pero, of course, different situation back then,” Jaya said.
“As a resident now, as a wife, a mother, sobrang thankful ako sa Panginoon.”
Jaya was also seen in the video preparing their breakfast.
“Tignan niyo dito sa Amerika, simple lang ang buhay oh. Simpleng-simple lang oh!” she said while preparing the ingredients.
She also mentioned that she intends to start doing vlogs shortly in order to stay in touch with her fans.
Jaya and her two children left the Philippines on July 9 to relocate to the United States.
While she and her children were at the airport, the 51-year-old singer thanked all of her friends, fans, and coworkers on Instagram.
“I’m just saying goodbye to everyone right now… I just wanna say thank you and basta, balik na lang ako kapag open na lahat ” said in the video.
Jaya also expressed her joy at seeing her husband Gary and son Gavin, who both relocated to the United States earlier this year.
“Let’s do this! Now, it’s time to see my dear husband [Gary Gotidoc] and son [Gavin Gotidoc] and start this new journey God has planned all along,” she wrote.
She added, “By the way, I just want to say thank you to all of you who sent me sweet messages on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, Text and Viber messages, have me and the kids hugs, prayers, basta lahat po ng mga sinasabi niyo ay nakakataba ng puso and I will always be grateful.”
