The Kapamilya Actor Jake Cuenca was acqu1tted in the c@se that the Mandaluyong City p0l1ce would have filed against him. On Saturday night, October 9, it was reported that Jake allegedly ran away from the p0l1ce when he collided with the p0l1ce car. The chase allegedly started in Mandaluyong and reached Pasig.
According to a preliminary report from the Eastern Pol1ce District, the p0l1ce in Mandaluyong were conducting the first operation when their vehicle was suddenly struck by a black Jeep Wrangler. The vehicle did not stop, so the pol1ce chased it.
The chase reached Shaw Boulevard and p0l1ce punched the vehicle’s tire to stop it. Police cornered the vehicle on West Capitol Road in Barangay Kapitolyo in Pasig.
The driver of the vehicle was arr3st3d and identified as 33-year-old actor Jake Cuenca.
When the p0l1ce allegedly f1red, the bull3t h1t a delivery rider, Eleazar Maritinito, 43 years old. He was immediately taken to Rizal Medical Center and is recovering.
The actor was taken to Mandaluyong P0l1ce Stati0n and is facing charges of Rec’kIess Impru’den’ce Resulting to D’am’age to Property.
But when the investigation was over, it was found that the actor was innocent.
And because of this, Jake’s plan to file ch@rges against the c0ps who came to his car did not go through. However, the said p0l1cemen are currently detained in Mandaluyong P0l1ce Station but the PNP has not yet issued a report in this regard. The report also said that Jake had nothing to do with the delivery driver, who was immediately taken care of by the p0l1ce.
The person close to Jake also stressed that he was not arr3st3d and no c@se was filed against the Kapamilya actor.

Nakipaghabulan ang Kapamilya actor na si Jake Cuenca sa mga kapulisan sa Mandaluyong.
Viral ngayon ang video kung saan hinuli ng mga pulis si Jake. Tinakbuhan umano ng aktor ang kanyang nabangga.
Sa kahabaan ng Mandaluyong ay nagkaroon pa di umano ng put’ukan at may isang grab driver pa ang tinamaan ng baIa.
Hindi umano huminto si Jake sa checkpoint at mabilis na pinatakbo ang kanyang sasakyan. Kaya umabot sa mainit na eksena ang paghabol sa kanya ng mga pulis.
Nahuli si Jake dahil tinamaan umano ang gulong ng kanyang sasakyan kaya ito napahinto. Ayon din sa video ay nakainom ang aktor at kasama din nito si Paulo Avelino.
Habang nagkakapu’tukan naman ay isang grab driver ang tinamaan. Tumalbog umano ang baIa at nahulog ang rider sa kanyang motor.
Sa ngayon ay nasa Rizal Medical City pa ang rider at hindi pa din natatanggal ang baIa sa kanyang katawan. Marami naman sa mga netizens ang nagdadasal na sana ay maging maayos ang lagay nito.
