Sa kanyang caption ay inilahad ng dating aktres ang dahil ng kanyang pagiging emosyonal. Aniya dahil hindi niya makakasama ang buong pamilya niya sa darating na pasko.
Saad ni Rica, “Me sending my ugly crying photo to fam in the US. My nephew got married and I couldn’t make it bec my vaxx schedule didn’t make it”
Sa naturang post nilista din ni Rica ang ilang napagtanto niya tungkol sa pamilya at sa pagdiriwang ng pasko.
“1) So many people are not having the usual happy Christmas. I am one of them. There is nothing I want more but to be with my fam in the US right now. I believe many of us lost people we love in the past years, too, and the holidays make us feel that loss even more.”
“2) My family is great. There were years that I believed some people were better after being blinded by cultures that promote theirs is superior. But whenever I get to the bottom of it, our family, though not perfect, gave me a safe space and above all: STAYED THRU AND THRU. Yeah sure we fought, but they still included me in everything and treated me, well, family.”
