This photo was when Xian was in a lock-in taping with beauty queen Kylie Verzosa for their movie Parang Kayo, Pero Hindi.

He was wearing a skintone buttoned polo that time. It can be noticed that his cheek looks like a way thinner than usual.
This sparks concern from his fans reminding him to take care of himself and he should eat no matter how working hard he is.
The actor’s fans are not being used to seeing him looks thinner than his usual body size.
