Barbie Imperial

It can be recalled that Personal Assistant (PA) Annalaine Revilla went to Raffy Tulfo to complain about teen actress Barbie Imperial. According to Revilla, she only earns a lower minimum wage in Metro Manila. In addition, she does many things that are no longer part of her job. She also seems to have become the assistant of the actress’ sister and mother. But what annoys the former PA is that the actress allegedly told that she is a thief.

When Tulfo spoke to the actress on the phone, she said that she will pay Revilla’s insufficient wages. But many were surprised when the actress said that Revilla allegedly asked for food on the set and used her name. The former PA, on the other hand, wished that the Kapamilya star’s behavior would change. When the actress refused to give a public apology on-air, Sir Raffy and the staff gave them privacy so that they could privately talk and fixed their misunderstanding. Eventually, the former PA and the actress reconciled.

Heart Evangelista

Lolit Solis said to a radio program, DZBB that Kapuso star Heart Evangelista needed to explain the accusation of her former driver against her. According to Heart’s former driver who served her for ten years, when he fell 1ll, he temporarily stopped being Heart’s driver. He allegedly asked for medical help from the actress but she just ignored him. The former driver also expressed his dismay over the actress as the latter was always helping on charity works and foundation on cam. That’s why Lolit Solis released the news so that Heart would have a chance to answer what the former driver was accusing her of. But Heart remained silent on this issue.

Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla

It was reported on Twitter back then that TV host Mariel Rodriguez called her house helper a ‘d3vil’. Because Mariel could not watch her husband’s series every night, she instructed her house helper to record it when she was away. When the maid allegedly could not record an episode of Robin’s said show, the actress allegedly got angry and called the maid a ‘d3vil’.

Mariel laughingly said,

“Ha-hahaha! Hello! Di na pinapatulan ‘yun kasi obviously emotional ako. Hindi kasi nai-record ang Guns and Roses. Ilang years na si Manang (kasambahay) sa akin noh, kung masama ako, hindi sila magtatagal sa akin. ‘Yung driver ko, high school pa lang ako driver ko na, so no need to patol on that.”

However, the TV host-actress still thanked those who criticized her on Twitter.

Maricel Soriano

Maricel Soriano’s two house helpers filed a gr4ve threat and kidnapp1ng for the actress’ alleged mistreatment of them. According to the two, they are not paid properly, they do not eat well, and they are often receiving a curs3 from the actress. The Diamond Star was also allegedly hurting them, saying she would k1ll her house helpers. It even got to the point that the actress would take her gun to k1ll the but she was only allegedly stopped by her child.

The actress allegedly told them, “Magdemanda ka. Hindi ako natatakot sayo. Marami akong pera, hindi mo ako kaya.”

As a result, the house helpers fled and reported the matter to the building administrator of the condominium where Maricel lives. It was there that Maricel’s two house helpers filed a lawsuit at the Makati RTC. The actress ’camp had been quiet for five months and when she was confronted by the media, she simply said that she had learned from her mistake.

Korina Sanchez-Roxas

Famous newscaster Korina Sanchez was once called ‘Berdugo’ by her house helpers. The case filed by her former maid, Bernadita Inocecioa even became a talk of the town back then. According to the statement of Bernadita, Korina had three boyfriends at the time, one of whom was Paul Aquino.

Korina allegedly got mad at her maid when Paul caught her having an affair with a man named Frederick Jimenez. The newscaster even allegedly slapped her in the face and kicked her out of the condominium unit bloody. When the former maid appeared in the media, Korina allegedly offered two million to reverse her statement.

In exchange for two million, the maid had to publicly apologize to Korina to the entire media and admit that she was a thief. Isabelle Daza Gumawa Ng Kakaibang Kontrata Para Sa Kanyang Mga Kasambahay Na Pinuri Agad Ng Mga Netizens

Usap-usapan ngayon ang aktres na si Isabelle Daza matapos siyang gumawa ng kontrata para sa kaniyang mga kasambahay.

Ibinahagi ni Isabelle Daza ang kanyang saloobin at pangarap para sa kapakanan ng lahat ng mga kasambahay sa Pilipinas.

Isa ang aktres sa mga may mahusay na pamamahala pagdating sa karapatan ng kanyang mga kasambahay bilang mga manggagawa.

Ipinost ni Isabelle sa kanyang Instagram story ang ginawa niyang official contract.

Kung saan nakapaloob ang lahat ng benefits at responsibilidad ng kanyang mga kasambahay.

Aniya, “So I decided to create a contract for my helpers at home to show their job description and their rights as an employee.” May karapatang mag-break ang mga ito sa loob ng walong oras nilang trabaho bilang “labandera” at “tagalinis.”

Meron din silang day off at sick leave. Pero ayon sa kontrata, hindi pwedeng mag-advance sa kanilang sweldo ang mga ito kund hindi naman “emergency.”

“This is also so they know they cannot get fired over simple mistakes. This will help them feel secure and proud to keep a job and protect both parties. And in return of course they do a job well done.”

Siya rin daw ang nagbabayad ng Social Security System (SSS), Philhealth at Pag-ibig contribution ng kanyang house helpers.

Ibinahagi ni Isabelle ang isa pang paraan para mapabuti ang pagsasama nila.

Kada buwan ay mayroon siyang evalution na natatanggap mula sa mga tumutulong sa kanya sa bahay.

Bahagi ng evaluation ang mga bagay na nakapagpapasaya sa mga ito, sa mga pinakakinaiinisan nila kay Isabelle at marami pang iba.

Kaugnay nito, pangarap umano ni Isabelle na ma-“professionalize” ang mga kasambahay, makatanggap ng nararapat na suweldo, at mabigyan ng two days off work gaya ng ibang mga manggagawa.
