Upang hindi na lumala ang isyu, agad naman itong sinagot ni Kylie. Ayon sa aktres, walang katotohanan ang mga ibinabatong alegasyon sa kanya. Ibinunyag niya rin na magkaibigan lamang sila ni JM de Guzman, kaya naman hindi ito dapat bigyang malisya ng publiko: “Magkaibigan lang kami ni JM. This is not true.”
Sa kabilang banda, matatandaang lumipat na sa kanilang bagong tahanan si Kylie kasama ang dalawa niyang anak na si Alas Joaquin at Axl. Kahit pa hiwalay na sila ni Aljur, sinusubukan nilang magco-parenting para sa kapakanan ng kanilang mga anak.
