Kapuso news anchor/journalist Atom Araullo could not help but react to the statement of senatorial candidate Raffy Tulfo on the issue that the ‘fault’ of former President Ferdinand Marcos, Sr. needs to apologize to its children, such as Presidential Candidate Ferdinand ‘Bongbong Marcos, Jr. or better known by the initials BBM.
On Twitter, Atom Araullo posted his opinions about whether or not the children of late President Ferdinand Marcos, Sr., must say sorry for the sins of their father. Raffy stated that the sins of the father must not be attached to the children, and even mentioned himself as an example.
Atom then tweeted,

Atom Araullo brought up Twitter and presented his reaction to the talk of the town statement of Raffy Tulfo concerning Bongbong Marcos.
“1. Umamin/Acknowledge 2. Humingi ng tawad/Apologize 3. Isauli ang ninakaw/Return ill-gotten wealth,” he tweeted.
“Lalong mahalaga ang 2 at 3 kung nakinabang at pinagtakpan ang “kasalanan” sa mahabang panahon. Bukod pa ang usapin ng kriminal na pananagutan, kung meron man,” Atom Araullo continued.
It can be remembered that Raffy Tulfo, at the time of an interview with Karen Davila mentioned that he thinks the sins of the father must not be attributed to the children.
“Para sa akin kasi, kasalanan nung tatay bakit maging kasalanan ng anak? Why would he apologize for something that he did not do, na ang may kagagawan ay tatay niya?” Raffy stated.
Even he said, he will not apologize for the sake of his brothers Erwin and Ben Tulfo, in case they commit a sin or mistake with other people, even if they are called ‘Tulfo Brothers’.
“Meron na kasing mga court decision tungkol diyan, so kung meron nang court decision, pabayaan natin yung korte na i-implement yan. Kung ano pang mga kasong pending, then so be it,” He added.

The tough-talking broadcast journalist and anchorman Raffy Tulfo discussed the request for Bongbong Marcos to apologize for the corruption and violations that happened at the time of the dictatorship of his late father former President Ferdinand Marcos. Tulfo explained that Bongbong has nothing to apologize for because the sins were done by his father and not him.

The Presidential Commission on Good Government had obtained a total of Php170 billion from the billions plundered by the former president and his associates.

“Kasalanan nung tatay, bakit magiging kasalanan ng anak? Why would he apologize for something that he did not do, na ang may kagagawan ay tatay niya? Opinyon ko yan.
“Bakit yung kasalanan ng kamag-anak ipinapasa sa isang kamag-anak? Because I myself [have] been a victim of that. Just because nagkaroon ng isyu yung mga kapatid ko na kaapelyido ko, pati ako nadadamay. Dapat hindi ganun.
“Give the other relative na walang kinalaman sa kaso a chance na para maprove ang sarili niya,” Tulfo told Davila.
He became popular and respected for helping common people to obtain justice against people who aggravated them.
